The Cultural Enrichment Commission promotes arts and cultural programming citywide. The city hosts annual community events such as Juneteenth celebrations, Halloween festivals, and open mic nights that engage residents across generations. Youth empowerment efforts include the Next Generation Internship Program, offering career readiness and work experience opportunities, alongside various youth leadership initiatives encouraging active participation in community development.

- Strengthen civic education through stewardship and citizenship training.
- Enhance youth development with leadership, literacy, and career readiness programs.
- Support innovative sports and recreational activities for all ages.
