I am focused on:

  • Open Data & Transparency: Launch a comprehensive Open Data Dashboard where residents can track budgets, expenditures, RFPs, contract awards, project updates, and zoning district capacity.
  • Resident Engagement: Create a Neighborhood Association Portal; host rotating Mayor-led town halls across all Wards; require reporting of resident questions and concerns at all Council meetings.
  • Service Excellence: Audit all public-facing systems for usability; create a taskforce to improve online services; proactively update the Comprehensive Plan ahead of 2028; reduce service wait times.
